reproduction artifacts anywhere on this site, even if marked as such.

We believe that sellers must be diligent in their effort to offer only authentic artifacts for sale, and will promptly
refund a buyer's money in the event a mistake is made. Always give a seller or buyer sufficient time to correct
any misunderstanding, prior to reporting a problem to us. If you are unable to resolve a situation, please
contact us and explain the details of the problem. Repeated complaints on a seller, or buyer may result in that
person being barred from posting items for sale, and / or buying items listed for sale at Pa-Artifacts.Com.

Please do not offer for sale, items obtained from Native American Burials.   You may be violating State or
Federal law.

All sellers at Pa-Artifacts.Com must:

1.) Buy and Sell only legally obtained Authentic Artifacts

2.) Guarantee that all items sold are as represented for a minimum 14 days unconditionally upon return of
artifact in as-sent condition.

3.) Inform buyer of any re-chipping or restoration.

4.) Be honest about what you know about a piece ( No false provenance to a piece, etc.)

5.) Treat everyone as you would want to be treated and no spreading of false rumors of others, for personal
gain.
